Han visto Desayuno en Tiffanys? Una de mis peliculas favoritas, definitivamente. Holly Golightly se convirtio un tiempo en mi heroina favorita, hace un año o dos, cuando tenia la cabeza igual de revuelta que ella en muchas cosas. Pero saben? Despues de verla me entro esa curiosidad mortifera, esa que te dice "Los libros son siempre mejores que las peliculas" y en el viaje de mi curso, donde fuimos a Argentina, me compré el libro de Capote. Definitivamente la pelicula esta endulcorada al cien por ciento, con un final totalmente opuesto al que el escritor habia hecho. Las palabras BASADA en la novela de Truman Capote son totalmente ciertas. Holly es bastante distinta a la Hepburn (la Audrey, obviamente y no la otra) y el final... bueno, es distinto.
Que prefieren ustedes, las peliculas o los libros? Por lo menos yo, soy de la firme opinion que un buen libro siempre sera mejor que su posterior pelicula. Bueno... la mayoria del tiempo.
Have you seen Breakfast at Tiffanys? One of my favourite movies, definetly. Holly Golightly became some time ago in my favourite heroin, one year or two ago, when my head was as messed as her in some ways. But, you know? After watching it, in my head appeared that deadly curiositi, that one that says "Books are better than movies" and in my grade trip, where we went to Argentina, I bought Capote's book. Definetly the movie is totally changed, in a hundred percent, and it has an totally opposite ending than the one that the writer made. The words BASED in the Truman Capote's novel are totally true. Holly is very different to Hepburn (Audrey obviously, not the other) and the ending... well, is different.
What do you preffer, the movies or the books? At least I, have the firm opinion that a good book always is best than the movie. Well, the most part of time.
